Details: Unbelievable! I ordered these buttons on 11/29 and have never received anything. I called them a week or so after I made my purchase, since I needed the items right away. I was told that my order was ready to be shipped and I would receive it on Saturday. That saturday came and went and I never received anything. I wait until the following Monday and tried calling them. I have called them over 20 times from 12/09 to 12/24 and have never received a response. No one ever answers their phone and their voicemail box is always full. Probably with other complaining customers. Also, I tried emailing them and never received a response. I also run a business and these were items for my business... they have made me lose many customers and I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this company. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. I also contacted the company directly and never received a response to any of my emails or phone calls. This is a company that should be out of business and shouldnt be allowed to take peoples money and not respond to emails or phone calls. Absolutely ridiculous!
